DesignRise Affiliate Program Terms

These DesignRise Affiliate Program Terms apply to all participants in the
DesignRise Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to
follow the terms outlined below.

1. Affiliate Commission

Affiliates earn a 20% commission for every eligible sponsored placement,
guest post, featured article, or advertising package successfully referred
to DesignRise.

Commission is approved only after:

• the referred client has completed full payment;
• the payment has been successfully received by DesignRise;
• the proposed placement has been reviewed and accepted by DesignRise;
• the applicable refund or payment verification period has passed.

2. Eligible Referrals

A referral is considered eligible when the client reaches DesignRise through
the affiliate’s unique referral link and the referral is successfully
recorded by the DesignRise affiliate tracking system.

If tracking is unavailable or the client contacts DesignRise through another
channel, the affiliate must notify DesignRise before the client completes
payment. DesignRise may request reasonable evidence confirming that the
affiliate introduced the client.

DesignRise records will be used to determine referral attribution where
multiple affiliates claim the same client.

3. Referral Tracking Period

Referral visits are tracked using cookies for the tracking period displayed
in the affiliate account and configured in the DesignRise affiliate system.

A referral may not be attributed to an affiliate if the tracking cookie has
expired, has been deleted, is blocked by the visitor’s browser, or another
valid affiliate referral is recorded later.

4. Ineligible Commissions

No commission is paid for:

• unpaid, refunded, rejected, cancelled, or prohibited placements;
• fraudulent, duplicate, fake, or self-generated referrals;
• payments that result in a chargeback or payment dispute;
• clients who were already in active communication with DesignRise before the referral;
• placements that violate DesignRise editorial, advertising, SEO, or quality standards;
• transactions that cannot be reliably attributed to the affiliate.

Self-referrals are not permitted unless DesignRise gives written approval
before the order is placed.

5. Commission Calculation

Commissions are calculated based on the confirmed amount received by
DesignRise for the eligible placement.

Refunds, chargebacks, taxes, discounts, payment processing costs, transfer
fees, banking fees, and other additional charges are excluded from the
commission calculation.

6. Minimum Payout and Payment Schedule

The minimum payout amount is $50.

Payouts are processed once per month after the approved affiliate balance
reaches the minimum payout amount.

If the minimum amount has not been reached, the approved balance will remain
in the affiliate account and will be carried forward to the following
payment period.

Available payout methods include Payoneer or bank transfer. Other payout
methods may be discussed and approved individually where available.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and
for any fees charged by their bank, payment provider, or financial
institution.

7. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must promote DesignRise honestly and professionally.

Affiliates are not allowed to use:

• spam emails, messages, comments, or unsolicited bulk communication;
• false, exaggerated, or misleading claims;
• fake traffic, automated clicks, bots, or fraudulent referrals;
• unauthorized paid advertising using the DesignRise name or brand;
• domain names, social accounts, or advertisements that impersonate DesignRise;
• methods that may damage the reputation, website, search visibility, or business relationships of DesignRise;
• claims that DesignRise guarantees rankings, traffic, backlinks, or SEO results.

8. Editorial Approval

DesignRise reserves the right to accept, reject, request changes to, or
remove any placement, website, link, topic, company, product, or submitted
content.

Participation in the affiliate program does not guarantee that a referred
placement will be accepted or published.

9. Sponsored Content and Paid Links

Sponsored placements and paid links are handled according to applicable
Google Search guidelines and DesignRise editorial policies.

Where required, paid or sponsored links may use
rel="sponsored", rel="nofollow", or another
appropriate link attribute.

Affiliates must not promise clients guaranteed search rankings, permanent
ranking improvements, or unrestricted dofollow links.

10. Suspension or Termination

DesignRise may suspend or terminate an affiliate account if the affiliate
violates these terms, submits fraudulent referrals, uses prohibited
promotional methods, or creates reputational, legal, technical, or financial
risk for DesignRise.

Commissions connected to fraudulent activity or serious violations may be
rejected or cancelled.

11. Changes to the Program

DesignRise reserves the right to update the commission rate, accepted
placement types, payout methods, minimum payout amount, tracking rules, or
these affiliate program terms.

Updated terms become effective after publication on this page. Continued
participation in the affiliate program means that the affiliate accepts the
updated terms.
